Mail Campaign
For Western Governors University, the direct mail program focused on improving the effectiveness of mailed enrollment materials through updated visual design and refined layout strategy.
Working alongside a copywriter and informed by performance insights from prior campaigns, the goal was to evolve the 2025 direct mail system by identifying and amplifying the most successful visual and structural elements from past iterations.
I led the redesign of the mail pieces, focusing on clearer hierarchy, stronger messaging flow, and a more engaging visual system that improved readability and response potential while staying aligned with the broader brand.
The result was a refreshed direct mail approach that modernized the look and feel of enrollment communications, strengthened clarity, and better supported the campaign’s goal of driving prospective student engagement.
